How to Find Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore in Genshin Impact

The Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore is a powerful 4-star weapon the player can collect in Genshin Impact. This guide will show players where they can find it. Recently, Genshin Impact received a substantial update in the form of a new location called Dragonspine. This ice-covered location is in the southernmost area of the map and features new story quests, secrets, and items to collect.

For those looking for a reason to jump back into the game, Dragonspine is the best reason yet. The climate of the area can be dangerous for many characters making it nearly impossible to travel without the proper equipment. One of the newest weapons available in this update is the Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore. This guide will show players how they can collect it in Dragonspine.

The Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore will send players all around Dragonspine to collect it. For starters, the player will need to interact with 8 Ancient Carvings all around Dragonspine to unlock it. The first one to begin the hunt will be located nearby the Statue of the Seven in the area. Head down this path inside of the mountain to locate the first Ancient Carving. From here, the player will need to find the remaining seven. This guide will show where they can find all of the Ancient Carvings in Dragonspine.

As mentioned, the player will need to find all 8 of the Ancient Carvings in order to unlock the Snow-Tombed Starsilver. The map above with the red pins will layout where players can find all of the Ancient Carvings. Once the player has interacted with all of the Ancient Carvings, they will need to return back to the first one and find the sealed door. This time, the door will open to a room with four torches to light. Use a Pyro character to light all of the torches. The player will be rewarded with a cutscene and the Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore.

The Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore has impressive stats that Genshin Impact players will benefit from. Hitting an enemy with normal or charged attached using the Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore has a 60% chance of forming an Everfrost Icicle above them. These icicles deal 80% AoE ATK damage, while enemies susceptible to Cryo are dealt 200% ATK damage. If Genshin Impact players manage to get the Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore to level 90, they get an additional boost in the claymore's base ATK damage. At level 90, the Snow-Tombed Starsilver Claymore has a base ATK damage of 565; however, it also has a +34.5% Physical DMG Bonus.
